Frequently Asked Questions

What does this New Testament sell for?

We’ve done our research and found that typical books of this size and quality are retailing for about $24.99.But you won’t find this New Testament in stores. Our agreement with the International Bible Society (the NIrV copyright holder) is that it will be given away free by those who help with the production costs.

What are the options?

Churches and other groups help “front” the project with a donation to help cover half  of the production costs  ($5.00 each). But they would soon recover that up-front help when they get their people involved. They can share the opportunity with their people to donate based on how many New Testaments they want to distribute.

Order 4 or more to give away. You can keep one for yourself.

1.  4 Copies for a donation of $20.00 or more.   + $10 postage and handling.

Note that on July 5th the price is going up to $6 each (4 for $24) to help cover costs.

2.  10 Copies for a donation of $50.00 or more.  + $15 p & h.

Note that on July 5th the price is going up to $6 each (10 for $60) to help cover costs.

3.   24 copies for a donation of $120.00.  + $24 p & h.

Note that on July 5th the price is going up to $6 each (24 for $140) to help cover costs.

4.   96 Copies (4 cases) for a donation of $480.  + p & h.

Note that on July 5th the price is going up to $6 each (96 for $555) to help cover costs.

5.  960 copies for a donation of $5,000 or more.  + p & h.

Note, on July 5th the price is going to to $6 each (960 - 40 boxes - for $5520)

Some may want to order more.

IF more donations come in than the production costs, it goes for even more free Bibles.

Is this recoverable?

Yes. When you get others involved. Let me give some examples.

(1) A church that gets 960 New Testaments (40 cases) "fronts" the $5,520. The pastor or Christian leader shares with the congregation how they can each be a part of this. If 96 people average 10 New Testaments, at $6.00 per New Testament, the church recoups the $5,520 (plus $240 to spare).

(2) Another example: 50 people take 20 each. That would also cover the $5520k cost of 960 New Testaments. (The retail value of 960 New Testaments is $23,990.)

(3) A church - or group - (of any size) may want to cover the cost and provide them as a gift to visitors, or some other outreach. The church - or group - can absorb the cost from their funds.

(4) The pastor - or Christian leader - may know one or more people in the church or group that would be happy to cover the cost of this.

Some churches or groups may want less than 960, others may want much more.

(5)  A church or group of 24 people could get 240 New Testaments, with each getting ten to give away. This would cover the church or group's cost of $1,400 (with a retail value of over $6,000).
